  • Eggless Chocolate Cupcake ( NO OVEN NEEDED )

    Ingredients:- Maida:- 1cup Powder sugar:-1/2cup Curd:-1/2cup Refined oil:-1/3cup Cocoa powder:-1/4cup Baking powder:-1tsp Baking soda:-1/2tsp Salt:- 2 pinch Vanilla frosting ( optional ) Sprinkles ( optional ) Instructions:- Add 1/3 cup refined oil, 1/2 powder sugar, and 1/2 cup curd into a big bowl. Mix it all for 2-3 minutes until it has a smooth texture. After it's all mixed, put a strainer on top of the bowl. Now add 1 cup Maida, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Strain the dry ingredients using a strainer so the batter comes out fluffy. Take the strainer out and mix it all again very gently using the cut and fold method. After it's all mixed, pour 1/2 cup of milk into the bowl and mix again gently so the batter comes out soft. After mixed, add 2 pinch salt into the batter. Let's make the cupcakes in a kadhai! In a kadhai, add 1 cup of salt and spread it all over the kadhai. Put a stand on top of the kadhai ( you can also use can any plate ) Cover the kadhai using its cup and let it preheat on a medium flame for 10 minutes. Now, pour the cupcake batter into some small bowls and put cupcake liners on top of the mold. Pour the batter inside the mold ( don't fill it all the way up ) Put a plate covered with aluminum foil in the preheated kadhai and put the small bowls on top of the plate for 15-20 minutes. After baking, let it cool for 1-2 hours. Let's decorate the cupcakes! Using whipping cream make some swirls on the cupcakes ( If you don't have whipping cream you can enjoy it as is or sprinkle some sprinkles on top of it ) Sprinkles some sprinkles, pearls, or chocolate chips on it ( optional ) Chocolate cupcakes are DONE!   • Holi Special Gujiya Recipe

    Ingredients:- Ingredients from Gujiya maida Maida:- 2 cup Ghee:-1/4cup Sowder sugar:- 1/2cup Mawa:-100gm Suji:- 2tsp Desiccated coconut:- 2tsp Chopped dry fruits:- 1/2cup Cardamom powder:- 1/2tsp Oil Let's make the dough! First, put 2 cups of maida in a bowl and pour 1/4 cup ghee into the maida ( you can also use refined oil ) Mix it for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the water of a very little amount ( about 1-2 spoons ) and knead it (the dough also has to be very hard, not soft at all ) Let it sit for half an hour. Let's make the filling! Put 2tsp Desiccated coconut in a kadhai. Cook it till you can smell a good scent. Take it out from the kadhai. Now in the same kadhai, We will roast suji. To roast suji, we will pour 1/4tsp ghee and 2tsp suji and cook it on low flame. Roast until it changes its color a little bit. Take the suji out from the kadhai. Now in the same kadhai, put 100gm graded Mava and put it on low flame. Continuously cook the Mava for 2-3 minutes. Now put the roasted coconut and suji we made into the kadhai and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Put 1/2tsp cardamom powder and thin chopped dry fruits. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool for 1 hour. After it's cooled put 1/2cup powder sugar in and mix it very well. Let's prepare for the Gujiya!:- Knead the Gujiya dough that we made for 1-2 minutes. To make the Gujiya we have to first make a Slurry. This is how you make a Slurry:- In a 1/2cup of water, add 1 or 1/2tsp Maida, mix it and the slurry is ready! Let's make the Gujiya!:- Take the Gujiya dough and make balls out of it. Put any flat surface ( like a wooden board ) under the balls and make the balls flat using a belan ( also, use oil to grease on any flat surface and your belan so the dough doesn't stick with anything ) Use a Gujiya mold to mold the dough into a Gujiya shape and put the filling inside the mold ( also, put some slurry on the sides of the dough ) Gently close the mold and take out the access of the dough ( make sure it is tightly closed ) Gently take out the mold.     dessert Ingredients for Vanilla and Chocolate Pastry White Bread:- Brown Bread - 4 slice Whipping cream - 200ml Cocoa powder - 2tsp Water - 1 /2 bowl Sugar - 4tsp Cherry 5 to 6 Edible pearls for garnishing Instructions:- Cut out the edges of the bread. Take 4tsp sugar and let it dissolve in water and make a sugar syrup. Whisk the whipping cream until it starts to have some bubbles [ make an ice bath and put the whipping cream in it ] Add some vanilla essence to the whipping cream. Whisk until it gets thick. Let's Decorate! Prepare a piping bag and put the whipping cream in it. Cover the bread using whipping cream. Use sprinkles or any topping to decorate the pastry. BREAD PASTRY IS DONE!   • Aloo ki Tikki Recipe

    Aloo ki tikki ingredients list Boiled potato 3chopped green chili 1tbsp chopped ginger 1tbsp chopped green coriander 1tbsp chat masala 1/2tbsp cornflour 3tbsp salt to taste oil Instructions First, Mash the Boiled Potatoes. Now, mix 3 chopped green coriander, 1tbsp chopped ginger, 1tbsp chat masala, 3tbsp salt to taste, and 1/2tbsp cornflour with the mashed boiled potato. Make some flat balls using the mashed potato mixture. Put 2/3 tbsp oil onto a cooking pan and wait for the oil to get hot. Now put the flat balls onto the pan. Wait for the flat balls to get golden brown on both sides. After they are golden brown, put them on tissue paper so the oil can soak out of the flat balls Let's Serve! I am using a leaf-shaped plate to serve it. I am also using chat masala to make it tastier. Put some chopped green coriander to make it look good. ALOO KI TIKKI IS DONE!, Thank You!
