Ingredients:-
Maida:- 1cup
Powder sugar:-1/2cup
Curd:-1/2cup
Refined oil:-1/3cup
Cocoa powder:-1/4cup
Baking powder:-1tsp
Baking soda:-1/2tsp
Salt:- 2 pinch
Vanilla frosting ( optional )
Sprinkles ( optional )
Instructions:-
Add 1/3 cup refined oil, 1/2 powder sugar, and 1/2 cup curd into a big bowl.
Mix it all for 2-3 minutes until it has a smooth texture.
After it's all mixed, put a strainer on top of the bowl.
Now add 1 cup Maida, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp baking soda.
Strain the dry ingredients using a strainer so the batter comes out fluffy.
Take the strainer out and mix it all again very gently using the cut and fold method.
After it's all mixed, pour 1/2 cup of milk into the bowl and mix again gently so the batter comes out soft.
After mixed, add 2 pinch salt into the batter.
Let's make the cupcakes in a kadhai!
In a kadhai, add 1 cup of salt and spread it all over the kadhai.
Put a stand on top of the kadhai ( you can also use can any plate )
Cover the kadhai using its cup and let it preheat on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
Now, pour the cupcake batter into some small bowls and put cupcake liners on top of the mold.
Pour the batter inside the mold ( don't fill it all the way up )
Put a plate covered with aluminum foil in the preheated kadhai and put the small bowls on top of the plate for 15-20 minutes.
After baking, let it cool for 1-2 hours.
Let's decorate the cupcakes!
Using whipping cream make some swirls on the cupcakes ( If you don't have whipping cream you can enjoy it as is or sprinkle some sprinkles on top of it )
Sprinkles some sprinkles, pearls, or chocolate chips on it ( optional )
